Where We Ship

Eld & Frost currently ships to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Free curbside delivery is included with all sauna orders.

How Your Sauna Is Delivered

Our saunas are shipped via freight from our fulfillment facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Delivery is curbside, meaning your sauna will be delivered to the curb or another accessible location at the delivery address.

Saunas arrive unassembled and securely packed in a wooden shipping crate. Due to the size and weight of the shipment, we recommend arranging appropriate assistance to move the sauna from the delivery point to its installation location.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress.

Freight delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. If you notice visible damage to the crate or packaging, document it with photographs before opening the shipment and note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.

If your sauna appears to have been damaged during transit, contact Eld & Frost as soon as possible with your order information and photographs so we can assist you.
